by Samiksha  Mumbai,August 2021:  Special Window for Completion of Construction of Affordable and Mid-Income Housing Projects  (SWAMIH I) , the government-backed last-mile financing platform has made an investment of over Rs 150 crore to complete a residential project of realty developer  Tridhaatu Realty  & Infra located in Chembur, Mumbai. As per the terms, SWAMIH’s investment will hold senior charge for the exit from the project once it gets completed and the existing investor will get repaid after that. Tridhaatu had started this project Tridhaatu Morya in 2018 and now with the financial support from SWAMIH I, it is expected to complete the same by December 2023 as per the final investment terms. The funding will be utilised for construction activities and paying statutory development premiums to the government authorities along with ensuring the completion of the project within the RERA deadline. by Samiksha  Mumbai, August , 2021:  Mumbai Ultra in association with Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) organised a massive blood collection drive, which is a second in a row on Independence Day i.e., August 15 2021 at Veer Savarkar Bhavan, Dadar, Mumbai.  The drive was organised in order to ensure the blood banks in the hospital maintain necessary stock and the patients get the necessary units during their treatment in the hospital. Mumbai Ultra Marathon runners partnered with Tata Memorial Centre to start this unique drive with a motto - “If we cannot let our blood run” - an attempt to turn the current challenging times into an opportunity. Each year, the runners organize a marathon on 15th August and dedicate the fundraised towards the treatment of children with cancer in Tata Memorial Hospital. by Samiksha New Delhi, August , 2021:  GAIL (India) Limited recorded turnover of Rs. 17,352 crore in Q1 FY22 vis a vis Rs. 12,060 crore in Q1 FY21 while Profit before Tax (PBT) in Q1 FY22 stood at Rs. 2,054 crore as against Rs. 356 crore in Q1 FY21.  The Profit after Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 1,530 crore in Q1 FY22 as against Rs. 256 crore in Q1 FY21. The increase in the profits is mainly attributable to better physical performance in Natural Gas Marketing & Transmission, improved margins in gas marketing due to favourable market conditions and better price realization in Petrochemicals and Liquid Hydrocarbons. During the quarter, Natural Gas Transmission and Natural Gas Marketing volume increased by 19% and 18% respectively as compared with corresponding quarter in previous year. The volume growth is due to normalcy of the business activities as against nationwide lockdown during Q1 FY21.
